As a pioneering CEO and Business Development Director of a few rapid expansion enterprises I thought it would be of spectacular value to share my experience of operating in the Home Enterprise arena, while contrasting with established business models.
The solid insights gathered on this rapid growing marketplace and alternative economy is fabulous and for sure the home enterprise arena is going to create financial independence for many business people.
Leadership & Success Rates
On the other hand, the proportions of a 95% poor failure rate is definately going to continue if the mentoring and handling expectations processes don’t change. Fact is, there are too many victims seduced by get rich quick schemes and people believing that a business of value can just provide microwave spectacular results.
Having had an association with three top tier and one low entry level business there is definately an absence of true leadership within the industry. There are tons of fake guarantees and broken dreams. While the dream thieves con themselves and others by saying “the answers are all in the back office” as a form of leadership. For me a leader is one who helps the new recruit to become a leader in the home venture market-place too. This involves having a set of necessary abilities that each business person should be well placed to demonstrate before they move on to the next level of their development.
As an example, the back office should be easy to navigate and there should be clear paint by numbers over the shoulders videos of How to get started, How to place an advert, Where to put an ad, How to sign up with providers, The simplest way to do Key phrase research, etc etc. These missing basics and total shortage of clarity with no business planning aside from obscure industry variables.
The disappointment that’s felt by the absence of true leadership frequently has demoralizing long term reverberations for those that aren’t having their expectancies managed…. Which then leads to the home run enterprise businessman to need the next product for sale to be the answer to their prayers; earning extra money for the “Leader”
When you couple this milking with the total absence of business operational know-how, no surprise the failure rates are so high. The systems of a funded proposal is there to serve the marketers needs rather than the needs of the business person. This is where the primary goal is to get an applicant to pay to apply for consideration in order for the marketer to cover their promoting costs.
Old School Gut Feeling
Additionally the challenge for any home venture entrepreneur striving to make a valuable concern is having the ability to have a leader who teaches them to become the correct kind of leader that won’t babysit, yet teaches the home based business businessman to fish. There are loads of great leaders out there and many great opportunities, I'd suggest going with a stomach feel. Its the absolute best you have got. Even reviews like this are typically from people with their own agenda and bitter failing entrepreneurs who did not apply themselves and would like to blame others for their failure.
Your success is your responsibility, but the gut feel of whether you connect with your sponsor is as good as anything to go by. If you would like to get ahead you have to trust someone and you may as well trust your inner voice and animal instinct.
