One of the greatest creation ever was the automobile. I know it has been around for so long, but without it the world would be different. But what most people don’t realize is that those cars don’t come cheap when they are busted.  There are parts to the car that really should be taken care of. If these parts of the car were to break down they would cost a lot of money. So here are some parts that you have to make sure are taken cared of.

The transmission is the first major part of your car you need to take good care of. This is the part of the car where the shifting of the gears occur. It isn’t fun to pay for this part when it does break down. This repair is one of the costlier ones in my Escondido auto repair shop.To preserve this part you have to make certain that it always has the best fluid in it. Also you want to be careful when changing gears.

The next costly part to repair is the engine.  Of course everyone pays attention to the engine because it is what runs the car. But I always provide good advice to my clients in my Carlsbad auto repair when it comes to engine maintenance.The main thing is to make sure that you always have a regular oil change. If you make sure you do that it will always run smoothly.

Another expensive part to fix are your brakes.  Hard to believe this small part of the car is expensive, but it is. In my San Marcos transmission repair shop this is the most common repair that comes in.  The best way to care for this part is to make sure you always have brake fluid. You also want to extend your brakes by just tapping on it gently and treating it well.
